Surprise! Today's upload is Buggy captain of the Buggy Pirates from One Piece!
I actually finished coloring him last night, but was too tired to upload him, and I already said in yesterday's upload I would upload a One Piece image today.
I found Buggy to be funny yet annoying. For being a clown though, you'd think he be even more funny.

Must agree he was a bit annoying, but it was pretty cool he could separate himself. Very nice drawing and great colours!
